Before joining DOOR, he served as Chief Technology Officer at HelloTech, where he led a six-fold increase in revenue and expanded the business into new verticals, and previously held engineering leadership roles at MNTN. At DOOR, Ryan leads a global team across software, hardware, and design, helping drive the company’s evolution from access control to Building Intelligence while delivering systems that simplify operations and improve performance at scale.
