It brings supported locks online so teams can sync credentials and run remote unlocks without walking the property, and it surfaces a focused set of building condition signals so problems get caught earlier. Audio and sensor data are processed right on the device and discarded after detection, so teams get fast, privacy-safe alerts without anything being recorded or sent to the cloud. One in-unit device takes the place of a separate bridge plus a stack of monitors, which means fewer things to install and manage.
