DOOR Services is a platform designed to help homeowners manage their home services needs. You can book a la carte, or opt for a Door Services membership.
How does DOOR Services membership works?
You can purchase a membership when booking an individual service or sign up through our website. As part of a service request, your technician will inventory the appliances in your home, upload them to your account, and set you up with the Door App. If you sign up without a service request, we will send a technician to inventory your house for free.
How much does the DOOR Service subscription plan cost?
DOOR Services is $20/month or $200/year. You can add on quarterly preventive check-ins for a total of $50/month of $500/year.
What is the role of the Doorman in the services request process?
The Doorman in the Door app serves as your personal assistant for home maintenance. He will have all the manuals of your home appliances and devices and be able to provide tailored solutions for issues. This helps you avoid costly service calls for minor issues. If he still can’t help you solve the issue, he will find a technician, send a quote, and book an appointment on your behalf.
