Why We've Partnered with Curbio, Inc. & Why That's Good News For Homeowners

We're committed to rebuilding and improving the home selling experience, and to do so, great partnerships are key. When we first heard about Curbio, Inc. and their ability to renovate quickly and implement smart design treatments, we knew we needed to join forces.

Maximizing home seller's proceeds together

We'll work hand-in-hand to help ease and improve the selling process, while offering customers some of the most affordable and innovative services in the industries. Door.com and Curbio help their sellers sell their homes for more, while saving them time and money.

Our founder, Alex Doubet, is pretty excited about this collaboration.

"Door.com is focused on modernizing the outdated real estate industry and its commission model. Our mission is to put money back into the homeowner's pocket and make selling your home easier and faster. Door.com and Curbio, Inc. are both breaking the molds in their respective industries. Joining forces with another innovative, tech-enabled business will ensure homeowners can maximize the proceeds of their sale." - Alex Doubet, Door.com Founder

Here's how it works:

If a homeowner is in need of smart and modern renovations before selling, our Door.com team will recommend updates that will increase the value of the home. The Door.com Market Advisor will estimate the cost of the work, determine a listing price, and gauge an initial timeline. After signing a listing agreement with Door.com, a Curbio project manager will conduct a walkthrough of the home with the client to assess the property and make final decisions. Curbio will renovate, and then the home is listed through Door.com. Our partnership results in a home that is modern and beautiful, selling faster, and for a higher price. Once the home is sold, the homeowner will pay both companies at close.

The outcome is stress-free renovations + a smooth selling experience -- all with zero upfront payment.
